Supply Chain Project Management

We were asked to project manage the development, manufacture and delivery of a retail point of sale product for the display of shoes and handbags.

In total 6,000 units were manufactured in a short lead time, individually packaged, distributed and delivered to over 400 outlets across Europe. Services used:
