Product Development
We work on product development with a pragmatic and considered approach. We start the process by understanding your requirements and setting out a design brief with deliverables at key stages. We research your market and can establish any unique selling points that will make your product more competitive in areas such as innovation, aesthetic, function or cost.
We then work on concept generation and concept development. The deliverable takes the form of high quality computer generated images and sketch models. This allows us to communicate our proposed solutions to you in a very effective, easy to understand way. Where applicable we will implement new technologies or processes. On approval of your chosen concept we commence the engineering development phase using advanced computer aided design software. We use our specialist technical knowledge to create an engineered, cost effective product ready for manufacture.
We verify the products prior to bulk manufacture by using the latest technologies in rapid prototyping. This allows us to demonstrate to you the final product without the expense of tooling processes. We then oversee and manage the product compliance testing phase to ensure that the product meets all relevant legislative requirements.
